Easy to imagine Robinson crossing the brow of a hill, muttering “oh ****ing hell, here he comes” Probably jarred his back running away back down the hill 😂 smashing his teeth up when he tripped over

Hope the Sussex players don’t go down with Delhi belly next week out there.

Hope the Sussex players don’t go down with Delhi belly next week out there. There's bound to be some fall out. A very strange choice of venue to get prepared for April red ball. Would be better off in the covered nets at Hove.

The timing is spot on, kudos to Farbs for this because i think for the first time in years we will be prepared for the season opener.

I thought we prepared quite well for last seasons opener v Durham; which we won. Crocombe and FHP bowled their best spells of the season in that game. I see the India pre season tour useful for bonding etc etc. Hopefully we will get an "Indian" April.

Who is paying for this , as the club has very little money ?
If it’s coming out of the playing budget, might explain the lack of signings !

You would assume the marquee over the outdoor nets was the cheaper option but the costs are comparable.

For his own sake Robinson needs to desist with the social media piece and just focus on rebuilding his career by playing every four day match he can.

Why? why should he give up something he clearly enjoys doing like most people of his age. None of it is offensive its him playing golf and food hes cooked and action of him in the nets. I think its far too easy to say if Robbo gives up social media he'll be back in the wickets.

No thats the perception, where he drop himself in it a bit as he acknowledged is with his comments. I dunno if you have his insta but its very basic stuff and has been the entire time ive followed him.

The truth is he’s made himself look a bit of a plonker with some of his exploits and comments. I appreciate he’s pretty harmless and obviously not one of life’s great intellects but he definitely needs some guidance. Such a huge talent is a waste if his off field shenanigans affect his cricket.
He needs to be playing because that’s when he gets into the best rhythm and takes a shedload of wickets. I hope we see a lot of him in a Sussex shirt this season, I believe any hope of promotion depends on it.
